Julie’s interests include training and development, leadership, and organizational development. Her current areas of research include the effective use of power and authority in leadership roles. She has written numerous articles on Process Work, and writes extensively on issues of leadership, learning and change, on her blog, A User’s Guide to Power. She is also the co-author, with Lee Spark Jones, of the textbook on Process Work theory and practice, A Path Made by Walking, published by Lao Tse Press and available in English, Spanish and Polish. German, Japanese and Czech versions will be available in 2014.
