Kas is a Certified Process Worker, has a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and is a faculty member at the Process Work Institute. She has a private practice in Portland and extensive experience in mental health and working in agency settings. Kas’ work focuses on mental health, empowerment, communication, team building, professional development and diversity awareness. In her private practice, she works with personal growth, empowerment, trauma, grief, addiction, and relationship issues. Kas is passionate about self-awareness, the empowerment of marginal experiences, and the meaning and creativity that can hide within our everyday struggles and life’s crises.

Kas is a New Zealander. She lived in Australia for 11 years and moved to Portland in 2002. She loves expressive creativity and is fascinated by the calm and wild rhythms of nature. Kas loves to spin her bicycle wheels around and about Portland.
