The Wisdom of Dreams

Mondays: January 22, 29 and February 5, 2018 7 – 9.30pm

Dreams contain a wealth of information that can serve us well as a guide for life. In applying process-oriented tools and skills for unfolding dreams, the messages that dreams bring us can be revealed, bringing greater awareness of the direction of our lives, both in the moment and along the path of our lifetime. We will be learning and applying specific tools in exploring night-time dreams and their rich images to cultivate insight into what is speaking to us from the dreaming field. All who are interested in exploring dreams are welcome to join the class no matter what the level of experience.

Participants can expect to become more familiar with the structure of dreams and obtain tools for processing dreams.
