Stan Tomandl, M.A., P.W.D.

Stan Tomandl, MA, PWD, (Process Work Diplomate) has a passion for all of nature giving him a heart connection with the essence of human cycles, especially the sentient sacredness of those living in altered consciousness.

For over 20 years, Stan has specialized in working with people in near death states, memory loss, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and coma, along with everyday life issues.

He is both an instructor and lifelong learner at the Process Work Institute, author of Coma Work and Palliative Care, co author of An Alzheimer’s Surprise Party, and contributing editor to The American Book of Dying.

Stan, co founder of Coma Communication, also serves on the faculty of the Sacred Art of Living Center and the board of ComaCARE, South Africa with his wife Ann Jacob.

He trains, coaches, and supervises caregivers, chaplains, family members, volunteers, and educators.
