Certificate Program Application

Required Materials

Along with a completed application form, the following items are required to complete your application for the Certificate Program at PWI.

I. Essay Questions

Please respond to the following questions and submit your answers with your completed application form.

  •  What are your reasons for studying Processwork and how do you hope your studies in the Certificate Program will further your personal development?
  •  How do you hope to apply your study of Process Work through the Certificate Program to your professional work and how do you imagine it supporting your dreams for world change?
  •  Give us a brief autobiographical statement, highlighting your academic, professional, and personal experiences which are most meaningful to you.

II. Letter of Recommendation

Please include a brief letter of recommendation from a Processwork Diplomate, PWI MA graduate, or Processwork Associate (Certificate graduates).

III. Application Fee

To complete your application a fee of $75 (check*, money order, PayPal, or credit card) is required. Please make checks payable to the Process Work Institute. The check must be in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please send check payments to:

*If the name on the account is different than the name of the program applicant, please include the applicants name on the check.

NOTE: Request for Transfer Credits from Prior Processwork Training

If a student is NOT completing the PWI Winter Intensive as part of the Certificate, they may request to transfer up to 25 hours of study from prior work (e.g. seminars, personal sessions, supervision, independent study) toward the 175 hours of training required. Transfer credit must have been completed within the year prior to Certificate enrollment. Transfer credit must be approved by PWI.

If requesting Transfer Credit, the request and documentation should be submitted to the Registrar along with this application.  Students will be notified if transfer credit is approved prior to the admissions interview.
